To ensure the identification and selection of the best qualified
candidates, we support our direct search process with sourcing
through our international network.
Using these methods we follow a structured and transparent
process.
After defining the job specification and company target list,
our local and/or international research team identify(ies)
candidates in the market. An initial (telephone) screening
ensures a primary selection after which our Consultant follows
up with an extensive interview. Candidates are presented to
the client with consultant comments to complement the resume
with an analysis of the financial fit, soft skills and cultural
fit. In this process we use our profiling tools to substantiate
our choice of introducing the candidate.

Focused on both clients and candidates, Elevate Consulting
creates long-term relationships with employers of choice and
experienced professionals. Our clients are predominantly listed
companies and/or multinationals. Our experienced and knowledgeable
research team however, enables us to provide services for
the small and midsize market as well.
